Citywide Comprehensive User Fee Study
Since 2013, the City has been working with NBS to complete a Citywide User Fee Study. Many of these fees are for services that benefit an individual or group, and are not fully supported by tax revenue. The benefits to reviewing and updating these user fees are to:
