T’AI CHI
Meditate in motion, have fun, and relax! T’ai Chi calms your mind and develops physical flexibility.
This exercise is a low impact, beneficial series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner, accompanied by deep breathing. T'ai Chi is known to improve balance, flexibility, muscle strength, and mood, as well as reduce pain.
About the Instructor: Earl has studied and practiced T’ai Chi for 40 yrs and taught T’ai Chi since 1993.

STRETCH & CORE
After warming up with easy, flowing, mobility-increasing movements, we’ll cover all aspects of core strengthening (abs, low back, glutes) for improved posture, balance, and strength along with deep full body stretching and mobility work to increase flexibility and reduce aches and pains. FIT AND FLEXIBLE

WORLD OF DANCE U-JAM FITNESS
U-Jam Fitness is an athletic hip-hop dance fitness workout for everyone - you choose your level of difficulty. It's approachable with easy-to-follow, yet seriously fun, unique, moves with urban flavor, set to the hottest world beats. More than just a workout, this exhilarating experience will leave you dripping with sweat and glowing with smiles!

YOGA STRETCH
Shape up your body and mind. Yoga Stretch is designed to relieve stress, increase flexibility through stretching exercises, and improve endurance, strength and balance. Emphasis is on correcting and adapting postures to meet individual needs. Through stretching and relaxation techniques; the yoga stretches will strengthen the body and improve mental clarity.

PILATES FUSION WORKOUT
Pilates Fusion Workout combines standing and mat exercises to strengthen hips, shoulders, and core while improving your posture. A mind-body workout that emphasizes the Pilates principles of Alignment, Connection, Control, and Breath.
Classes are designed for both beginners and intermediate fitness enthusiasts looking to become stronger, leaner, and balanced. Bring a yoga mat and yoga block.

A MATTER OF BALANCE
This workshop is conducted over 4 weeks meeting twice a week for 2 hours per session. The program's goal is to reduce the fear of falling, stop the fear of falling cycle, and increase activity levels among community dwelling older adults. This class acknowledges the risk of falling but emphasizes practical coping strategies to reduce the fear. Instructor: Wil Ford. Must register in advance at the Community Center, as space is limited.
