Services Division

The Services Division consists of both sworn and non-sworn personnel responsible for:

Emergency Communications Center
Records
Information Technology (IT)
Police Volunteers
Investigations
Explorer Scouts

The services Division also oversees and staffs all City of Benicia's:

Special events such as the fourth of July festivities and the Christmas tree lighting ceremony.
Recruitment and hiring of Police Officers
911 Dispatchers
Managing department training both in house as well as offsite training.
Maintenance and purchasing of all vehicles in the fleet.

Victim Notification Network This service allows crime victims to obtain timely and reliable information about criminal cases and the custody status of offenders 24 hours a day.

Victims of Crime - "Marsy Rights" This California Department of Justice information card provides information on victim rights, contact information for additional information, and a list of various government funded agencies that may also be of assistance to victims of crime.
