Free public parking is available in the underground parking structure, which is located at the corner of Arroyo Drive and El Camino Real. Turn right into the driveway off of El Camino Real (before the O'Reilly Auto Parts sign) and drive into the structure. Once you park your vehicle, please take the stairs or elevator to Level One, where the Council Chambers is to your left.
