Overview
Merrilee Terrace Apartments are available as a full-year option for single graduate students and couples without children students. Single graduate students are assigned to two-bedroom and three-bedroom units. Couples without children are assigned to one-bedroom units. Both options are furnished by the University.
Residents of Merrilee Terrace Apartments enjoy a swimming pool in a quiet courtyard, laundry facilities, secure bike rooms, and nearby park with community gardens.
The apartments are spacious and have carpet and laminate flooring throughout. Each apartment has one assigned, covered parking space. Stanford provides high speed internet through Comcast and covers the cost of utilities. Stanford does not provide cable television, telephone, or cost of laundry.
Sublicensing is not permitted within off-campus subsidized apartments.
