Partners in Health Engage

Partners in Health Engage at Stanford is one of about 70 chapters across the United States that make up the grassroots movement behind the international NGO Partners in Health. Partners in Health’s motto is “We go. We make house calls. We build health systems. We stay.” The club fundraises, educates, and advocates to support this mission of providing preferential options for the poor and developing sustainable health systems around the world. At the core of this social movement is the idea that health is a human right. We are engaged both on campus and off. We collaborate with the Stanford Center for Innovation in Global Health, the office in San Francisco, and other chapters across the nation via the National Steering Committee.
