The City of Campbell Public Works Department is excited to announce new improvements coming to East Campbell Avenue between Railway Avenue and Union Avenue. This project, entitled “East Campbell Avenue Portals Project”, is a component of the East Campbell Avenue Master Plan that was adopted by the City Council in May 2007.  The project will provide enhancements for both pedestrian and bicycle traffic and better connect the surrounding community with Historic Downtown Campbell.   Read more background information...
