Love it. Use the app all the time, prefer it over the laptop. But I have multipule pages, more than 50. It would be amazing if the app would show all of the pages I own! Every single one. And it would be amazing if we could use the app to post on another page's wall with one of our own page, as well as see our page's newsfeed! That would deffiantly be a great improvement.

Its really too soon to comment cause we've only been using the app for a couple of months, but so far its a very useful tool to manage your business page. I like it!

Facebook keeps getting worse. Now I can't even upload videos. Warns about copyright Infringement but there's no music on the video. You have to pay for any post to be seen.

A constant disappointment. Very buggy. Lacks a lot of the important/necessary features found with the desktop version. The inbox is VERY unreliable, and doesn't allow new messages or conversation between other messengers and administrators to be viewed, making quick response times impossible.

It's good for quickly managing your fb business page but it has issues with loading new messages when someone is pm you in your page. That's the only reason I rated 3 stars otherwise I'd give 5

Messages go missing and does not sync well. Updates seem to be making the app worse. I'm finding it more efficient to just use the browser.

Request; Please to add option: to invite people to like to the Page, for those who liked posts But didnt like the page. We used to do this using the Web-based fb, but not yet active in the App.!

Used to be good, now just a disappointment. I don't receive any notifications anymore! I have reported this bug around 5 or 6 times now over the last couple months, and no change. This keens I have no idea when clients message me for appointments and I lose custom because I don't reply soon enough.

This app is important to have, but I constantly have to uninstall and reinstall just to read my messages... it used to work perfectly... if you fix it... I'll change my rating...

The only faults I have for this app is that I can't change my category and I'm unable to add my phone number so my clients can contact me. And I can only see new likes, not total likes for my page.

Why can't we access the notes section? This is super buggy, especially the messages page. Pretty unprofessional considering it's mainly targeted at businesses who are paying for boosted posts, definitely not getting our money's worth. Fingers crossed they fix it....

Can't manage events on this app. Posting on events is so tough.

Does not even tell me how many people are actually seeing the posts any more. '0 people saw this post!! 'for the last 3 weeks!!! But if I go to my fb page on line and not through the app, it actually tells me that approx 1,700 people saw my last post!!! If you have updated the App lately.... This might be the reason, but mine has certainly NOT been updated then...why would no longer any one see my post on either pages???? Can you fix this problem please.. Thank you. 07.06.17...this was fixed, but back to same problem again... 😐

It takes on average 5 hours for notifications to show up. Messages that appear in Facebook notifications can not be viewed in the pages app. I didn't have these problems when I used an iPhone but now on Samsung the app is next to useless. It is frustrating and makes running my pages more difficult not easier. Take the thing down and make pages fully accessible through Facebook alone. And the fact I am.rated on my response time on my business page is insulting when the app takes so long to notify me of a comment or allow me to view a message that I know is waiting for my response.

New update on the 23rd caused problems. First, while not an issue, it's annoying that with every word I type, it gives me suggestions to tag other people and pages which blocks the text box. Second, once i published a new post a previous post is no longer visible on the timeline. Its not deleted as people are still commenting on it, but you can no longer see it on my wall. It would be great if you spent a little extra time testing your updates before you release them. Thanks.

This Pages Manager thing does not notify me of messages, which is really unacceptable. My customer actually thinks that I'm tyring to cheat her of her money because she sent me messages over a few days and there's not a single darn notification! This is not the first time it's happening so what's the point of using this useless app to conduct businesses in the first place? FYI, I have never disappointed a customer before until the recent update where things start to go downhill because of the app bug. Look at the number of negative reviews, wake the shyt up and do something about this!

If it weren't for me being forced to use this app to manage my page on Facebook, then I would not bother downloading it. It's very faulty, it freezes often, it gives me suggestions that I don't need with predictive writing, and more often than not, my messages in my inbox disappear or cannot be read, and it seems the only way for me to fix that is to uninstall then reinstall the app. This is very frustrating and does not make it pleasant or easy to manage my page my business. I certainly expected more.

The app is extremely faulty and lags quite a bit. I never get notifications on time and it makes it difficult for me to keep up with my page when I have to rely on my phone. It's just that Facebook forces me to use it in order to access messages on my page, that I have to keep using the app. Please improve. Earnest request!

I can't even use it. Every time I try to open it, I get a notice saying "home UI is not responding" and it'll lock my phone. When I unlock, it goes back to pages manager, and then pops up the same "home UI is not responding" I've tried re-installing the app, it'll work fine the first time, but second time it crashes everything.

Why i can't attached pictures in chat when replying messages? Please improve. I'm doing business here, not for fun, i need to provide pictures to my customer for their viewing, unfortunately cannot attach 'em.. I wonder why, not only this update, but previous update also the same.

Dear developers: could you please allow sharing documents such PDF? Is vital. I also dislike the new inbox, don't want all my chats in one place.

I have this app to post to the page, and to network with other pages and people. I miss being able to visit other people's pages that I have liked through my page. I also miss being able to click on my notification that someone left a review, and go directly there, rather than being redirected to my regular Facebook app. What is the point in even having the FB page app anymore, when it is less useful for me with each update.

Ok, but needs some serious attention. My main gripe is that when I go in to the section marked "shares", I can't like or comment on other people's shares of my posts. It uses my private profile instead of the pages profile and there is no way to change it. Very frustrating!

This probably won't be read, but my issue is with the app not allowing me to share mentions at all. The options come up and it doesn't matter what I select, it doesn't do anything. Very infuriating (android, running nougat but this happened before). Other than that, it's an ok app. Just a shame facebook throttles who gets to see the posts, it's almost beyond killing using it for any bands

This app has been freezing my entire phone and making my System UI and Home apps crash repeatedly until I pull my battery and restart my entire phone. This has happened on the previous version and the newest one after I updated. Really inconvenient.

A lot of mistakes. A lot of errors and it doesn't show all messages. So I have to use computer to see if there's any unread. I'm using it only because I can't manage page over mobile. I hope this would help to make this app better

So many bugs, cant see customer msg from time to time, lost a lot of businese opportunity. I paid so much for ads. , but end up is just another bad app.
