2014 County Clerk Fees
Effective January 1, 2014, in accordance with Assembly Bill 1053, the fee for certified copies of vital records will be $28 for a birth certificate, $21 for a death certificate, and $15 for a marriage certificate. These fees will affect all requests processed in 2014. In addition, the marriage license (public) will be $79.
In the event you mail your request during the latter part of December, please be sure to enclose your payment reflecting the new fee. (Fee Schedule)
