I love Netflix but hate the new changes. I want the star ratings back. I watch so much, now I don't know what I've watched. Plus it was a good way of knowing up front what people rated it and if it might be good. Plus I don't like when clicking on a movie for more info about it, the movie already starts playing. I hope these get fixed.

Every time I try to play something, it keeps giving me an error code. I've cleared my data and cache but it still keeps doing it. I've also powered off my tablet, uninstalled and reinstalled it several times to no avail. I've been a customer for years but I will cancel my subscription unless it's fixed asap.

Latest version has broken CEC. Bug fixes! - 1 step forward, 2 steps back. Gets worse with each update. Will update my rating when fixed. !!!!! Streams really well. Would be nice if HDMI-CEC controls for pause and play were added. Update: Latest version supports pause and play. Great! Pause/play toggle of the pause key would make it perfect 😁

Love this app and love netflix, best tv app and they always making it better. Wish you can mirror your screen as my tv isn't a smart tv, but xbox one fixed that, whoop whoop. Do understand why you cant mirror though. Still best app, they do have lots of competition with showmax and amazon tv. But they add new shows and staying on the ball. Well done netflix

The way the app used to run was perfect. The app now is horrible. It keeps giving me a 500.-116 error, and it doesn't let me do anything. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times, turning my phone off and on, changing the password so I could log on online on my phone then hopefully that information would connect, but it didn't. I don't have the slightest clue about how to begin to get this straightened out, but it's infuriating. So until the issue's resolved, I'm giving it a one star. I miss the old version.

This latest version is constantly disconnected from my Chrome casts. This was noticeable almost immediately after updating. 20 minutes seems to be the longest it's connected. The previous version I was using had very few connection issues. I've only been using the latest version for a day and it's become such an inconvenience already.

Keep getting a device failure error code. Also, although it has nothing to do with the app and moreso just Netflix in general, it sucks. Netflix used to have a lot of great movies but now everything is crap. Unless you're way into binge watching Netflix television series, it's not worth the cost.
Please take away the thumbs up/ thumbs down rating. I pick my movies from other people's comments and views. Lately I haven't found a good movie that I really liked. I only get 'matches' now and they really aren't a good match at all. Bring it back and it'll be 5 star rating!
I would have given 5 stars but one thing that bothers me is not being informed if a movie has subtitles. I just took away another star. Now you have my continue watching movies without the titles. I hate the thumbs up/down. I relied on stars to determine if I wanted to watch a certain movie/show. I also am disappointed that I have to keep recasting because it disconnects. When it says are you there I have to recast to continue playing my shows.
The new version of this app is absolute garbage!!! When I did the date it said what was new was just bug fixes so I didn't bother to see what the new features were. When watching TV series with auto play turned off it automatically unsyncs from my chrome cast after every episode, and basically have to start from the beginning if I want to continue or watch a different show. Same goes for movies. It used to stay connected until I unconnected it.
It works. But it is hard to stop. As in, the Now Playing screen doesn't function: pause, rewind, nothing works. I have to go to another show, connect and play, so i can disconnect the chromecast to stop the show running. Then restart from scatch. All that just to pause. Fix the Now Playing screen so it doesn't freeze and it'll be great.
"Continue Watching"....WTF happened here? The title is missing, replaced by a vague non-descript image. How is one supposed to know what the heck the show is.... ...... I am legally blind and cannot read any descriptions, the font is too small and no options for larger fonts, high contrasts, etc. I can rarely use the product i am paying for and count on others to help me with it. This in not isolated to your service, but need to rate low since I have issues using the product
For some reason, on my LG g5, the app won't open. This has been going on for weeks now and it's quite annoying. The app has updated itself twice but still *my* problem is not resolved. Can you please fix this? Thank you. Great service otherwise
When I first downloaded the app doesnt show any complications but then after 2 or 3 days... It had errors and logged me out then my downloads wont show up on the list but it is still downloaded pretty good thing... Then it is very hard for me to download movies and episodes since sometimes it shows error or it would stop. Tho may free is more than a gb and my internet is pretty good to download things... Please fix this
New tablet. Installed Netflix and it was working flawlessly. Few hours later the app kicked me off and will not open anymore. Deleted and reinstalled several times to no avail. Don't understand what's going on. App works on the rest of the families tablets. Frustrated and disappointed.
Was great until they took away the star rating system. Now you can't tell between a trash show and good ones. Shows I give thumbs down just don't go away either. No quiero. I'd unsubscribe if my wife didn't have shows she loves on it.
Casting to Chromecast is a disaster as it constantly forgets that it's playing something and you lose the ability to control the playback. Please fix it, it's ruining the otherwise great app. Oh, and bug"fixes" just bring more bugs... The UI gets worse and worse all the time.
Very good app I've been using with my 3 friends for 3€ prr month. Content not always great but you have some good shows and movies available. A shame the Download feature doesn't work on Huawei for now. Hope they fix this.
I love Netflix and especially when you get to save movies/shoes offline, but I hate how most shows that I really want to download are not available for that. If you could at least do the Disney movies and or some popular shows for download than that would be great!! I really wanted to download the nightmare before Christmas and a couple other but we're unable because that is not an option for download. If u could make that available to download I would be satisfied 😊💯 thank u!!
After this update the app is almost as bad as it was before the last update. The Chromecast issues are worse now. The controls stop working all the time. At least in the last update if I hit play on whatever was on I could regain Chromecast control most of the time. Now it just brings up the Chromecast playing screen but all the controls are greyed out and don't work. I have to completely close the app and re open it to get it to work again. Also the Home functionality is diminished again. I can no longer just tell it to resume after it stops playing.
The new update shuts down the entire screen mirroring for android. Out of all of the other top name video streaming apps, it's the only one that has this problem now. Doesn't support the Samsung streaming device anymore . Going to have to cancel my 5 year subscription. Unbelievable! !!!!!! THIS COMPANY IS NOW CONSTANTLY STRIVING TO LOSE CUSTOMERS. I MEAN I PAY FOR A SERVICE. YOU ARE TO FIX THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY. I LOOKED FORWARD TO THIS APP EVERYDAY FOR HALF A DECADE AND NOW IT'S NO LONGER AVAILABLE? THAT'S THE ABSOLUTE WORST THING YOU CAN DO TO A PAYING CUSTOMER!
Newest update will not work on Droid Turbo 2. Error message every time. Restart useless. Clearing cache useless. Uninstall/reinstall useless. Loved this app pre-update. Now it's completely unusable for me. "Bug fixes" my butt!

Thumbs up or down really wel 1 star since either up or down. A series cannot be good or bad. And while you bring stars back, fix chromecast support so it works everytime and flawlessly. Also support more surround formats. Series are good just no dd+ receiver is no surround sound thats just too narrow.
Netflix has recently changed from a star rating system to a thumbs up and thumbs down rating. However, your rating no longer shows up on the titles menu. It just takes titles like it and doesn't refer them to you. In other words, they don't want their customers being told by other customers how bad some of these titles are. Secondly, your political agenda has been noted. Not to mention, your titles are garbage compared to Amazon Prime. Highly recommend everyone to switch to AP. Netflix is a thing of the past.
Allll I want to do is be able to watch on my tv! It's ridiculous to pay for a service that I can't even use!! It gets worse with each update! I couldn't cast before, now it's casting but won't stay on for more than 3 minutes! YOU GOT TO BE KIDDING ME COME ON GET IT TOGETHER! ive not had any problems using this service. im a little disappointed that there is not a huge range of old films, I would like to see Primeval again.
This app no longer allows me to cast to my Chromecast from my Nexus device. I emailed their support team and got no response. I've tried resetting all components with no change. That's honestly my main use for the phone app. Update 4/30 casting from the Netflix app still unavailable, no contact from support. Thanks guys!
The app is good, does what you'd expect. Sometimes there's a bug that only shows the subtitles when the video controls are also showing and I would appreciate a "skip intro" button just like in the browser. Apart from that I'm very satisfied.
Please bring the star rating back. I don't know why they think it's a good idea to have this lukewarm "thumb up and down" rating. To me it hardly reflects how much the general public likes a particular show. Unless Netflix did this because certain parties were seriously offended by seeing the ratings...
Best app for watching mega number of great popular USA & International movies & TV shows in every devices for Netflix suscribers. But having some bug issues after done my latest update on 4/29/17. Pls. Fix that Netflix!
Fire whoever is releasing these god awful updates. App interface looks like garbage. Who the hell designed it and thought it was a good idea to remove titles from current titles being watched? Are you on crack?
I love netflix so much and can watch most of my favourite shows. However they have deleted shows and films when I have been in the middle of watching them without any warning and they don't have harry potter which is really annoying
Selection is great, originals are hit or miss. You removed the star rating system and that sucks. Thumbs up/thumbs down is a crap system. Bill burr summed up the reason this system blows into the best way I've heard with: "stubbed toe, thumbs down. Adolf Hitler, thumbs down... There's a big gap there"
This pile of crap keeps telling me I am using a proxy or an unblocker when i'm not... can you fix this? Coz it doing my damn head in.
This app would be good if the download feature wasn't so buggy. My list of downloaded stuff completely dissappeared a couple of times. Due to the bugging out of the downloads when i finally got it going again, it said that it had reached my download limit for that episode this year. Overall i have a frustrating experience.
Bring back the 5🌟 ratings. Update sucks keeps losing cast connections. Cast icon won't turn blue. Stays white. Plays about 30 sec of show then stops and reloads. Repeats continuously. Plz fix ty
The app was great a couple months ago, now it's just frustrating. For example: constantly having to reconnect to Chromecast.The removal of the star rating system, and the removal of the titles from 'continue watching' to name a few make it a far less seamless experience.
I've never been able to see subtitles on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3, even movies that my fiancé gets subtitles for on his laptop I don't get. My fiancé is on my account so it's not an account issue. Please fix it for smaller screens. Thanks.
So much disappointed...content is so old... forced to opt out..tried the level best to stay but...pl add latest content otherwise no point to have the premium membership.
